Im not following you.  The original post has the link to 0.4.0 client.  Is something else wrong somewhere else?

I meant the link after "Ver 0.4.0" in the first post is the same pointing to the New Feature - Alias description below. You can find a link to the client in that description thread (Edit: actually not, the links to "0.4.0" in the Alias description thread do not work due to a typo), but I assumed you intended to give here a direct link to the updated client thread (or the download link right away) instead, for the convenience of translators updating their posts.

Its intentional.  Note that the text for the hyperlink is "Alias" and so that hyperlink points to the Alias thread.  So I did it as a convenience for readers to be able to directly click to the alias thread.
