Brainwallet is just a form of connected pair "public key = hash(private key)". In Bitcoin and copy-cats private key generates automatically and being stored in wallet.dat (still can be bruteforced or, high unlikely, generated from elsewhere). In Nxt u yourself choose which private key do u wanna use and after that use acc ID (public key from chosen pair) for your needs.
