I've looked around, I would like a more indepth understanding of how forging works. There are 1 billion NXT in circulation, I understand that.......can someone break down how the forging works exactly. What's your odds of getting a block/solving a block compared to how much NXT you have......I also read you have to be connected to the network for 24 hours at least before you have any chance to forge at all.....and I've also heard you have a chance to forge just by being logged in with your account unlocked. Someone please explain the concept in as great of detail as you can

Also, you need 1440 confirmations until you can mine with the amount of coins sent to your wallet.
