Isn't the associated timestamp (24.11.2013 13:00:00) before the launch of Nxt last week? Perhaps it was just the main developer, BCNext, moving all 1 billion coins original around as a test. Nothing to be worried about I'm sure.

This is Genesis block that created 1'000'000'000 coins out of thin air and transferred to 73 founders.

Is that really accurate?  I thought the 1 billion next were created via the injection of the stakeholders' original 21BTC into the genesis block.  Is that not the case?
