NEITHER I NOR THIS BOARD CAN VOUCH FOR THE COMPANY INVOLVED but if you just gotta have em NOW then it looks like http://www.fastcoins.org/ can set you up all online via orders with western union.  There is currently about a $300 premium though... ouch

I do believe there is a 24hr waiting period before you receive your BTC.  I guess if your speculation is that BTC will go up faster than you can otherwise acquire some BTC then this may be your move.

The fastest way I know is using paypal on virwox to buy sll which you can trad for btc. Very bad exchange rate but handy if you want to get extra money in fast when a big crash happens like earlier this week...

Full Level 2 verification lets you buy 10 btc per week instantly. It's pretty handy.
