Dgex service quality related to NXT deposit

I've usually guided people to be patient with dgex but currently I have to admit it's below acceptable level anymore. I deposited some NXT 12 days ago and nothing is deposited on my dgex account. Strange thing is that I've also deposited BTC several minutes ago and it's already there. I know I made my NXT deposit during difficult time (holidays, dgex-migration, block explorer outage) but I think anything over 48 hours (ok 96 hours in some specific situation) is unacceptable. That forced me to write this post. I've already notified dgex support but I only received non-resolution response several days ago. Since that time nothing is happening. From, and now I quote the dgex website -  "Professionals you can trust", I would expect MUCH better service than this. (And yes, I've checked a valid transaction in block chain explorer and I've already posted link to the dgex support a long ago).

Anyone with similar experience or is it just an individual case?

I found this thread https://nextcoin.org/index.php/topic,2165.0.html so this is probably what messed my deposit. Still I don't fully understand what's so problematic there but it seems it can take weeks to solve it.  So let's hope our deposits will be fixed one day.

I can happily confirm that my deposit was finally applied. So dgex is still working but you need to armor yourself with patience because their support is obviously terribly overloaded (currently there is a 10-15 days delay for some specific issues). I hope they will be able to go back to 48 hours of resolution time which is still acceptable from majority of users.

Convert to BTC and transfer it to BTC on other exchange and maybe make profit ;)But dont miss the explosion train. Careful! :D

Today, I am completely out from Dgex until they automate the Nxt withdrawal and deposit. Taken all of my NXT by selling expensive on Dgex and buying cheaper on Bter. Even though the fee is high for fast withdrawal option, I still made some profit on Bter ;)25k Nxt became 28.5k ;)
