Well it happened, Dodge coin outperforming NXT in MarketCap

Is it good idea to market a half made product, maybe it is good thing to market heavily when the basics (client etc) are ready and working?

Kellanved yes i agree. What i meant is that.. Even without client, without many attractive features still implemented nxt has shown a big potential, many people buying, even more interested . It can easily double doge and be over ppc after the client and some other stuff are working.. Like shantell said it's kind of prototype and is already this big. I don't know how big is gonna be after is working with all his potential. I think it hasn't even shown 10% of his potential... and i don't think even half of the people who knows about doge know about nxt. I've read about doge on big media.. but not about nxt. Hope we will.
 
After basics and advanced features are working if we have even half of the doge marketing.. nxt is gonna grow A LOT. I think all what is happening is really interesting.. i'm moving to spain in a month and i hope i can relax again, have free time again and make some apps/webs for nxt and help a bit.

Meanwhile i have to enjoy this warm country (-25C) and keep studying a language which has no future tense. That's what u get for having a nordic girl..

I don't see why people are so competitive towards DOGE.

It's very unlikely to have the same curve at DOGE as it is a totally different beast than Nxt.

Doge has a remarkable userbase that does nice things and shows what the internet can do if it pulls together in a good natured way.

Nxt has a totally different momentum. We're still totally in the building phase. At the moment the AE is being tested and people all over are building applications.
Of course there is no wide spread adoption.
I for one am glad there isn't. That would certainly spell disaster if something went wrong.

At the moment I am enjoying every moment of building, exploring and collaborating with people to build a network that will be able to stand the test of time.
If it works, then it will be awesome, but it will take hard graft.

That is a pity for traders, but good for developers.

Doge has every reason to be proud.

I'm always amazed at why people hold so much store by the market cap of a coin.

It's a totally meaningless statistic that has more to do with that particular coin's coin supply than anything else.

That's all this nonsense statistic is measuring. Its totally ridiculous since most of the coins in any crypto are not even for sale - they're in cold storage.

Yeah, coin supply.. and you are missing one important thing: "public interest".
Depends on the actual demand of the public, the price will plummet below 1 dollar each coin, or plunge to 100 dollar each within hours... Who knows? But it's not a totally meaningless statistics. I think it's a fair statistics.

You know what, we all busted our asses with FTC.  Despite it's current value, they have a lot of people volunteering time and building a community. While I was disappointed with the lack of technical development, they have an aggressive community that Nxt would kill for.. I know, I lead it.
