Crypsty and BTC38?
« on: February 13, 2014, 04:31:58 AM »
Looks like Doge's recent rise was due to being listed on BTC38. http://www.coindesk.com/asia-exchange-addition-dogecoin-price-surge/

I didn't even know because I don't follow it, I heard though they're making Doge inflation infinite! So ridiculous, so obviously going to zero but yes an example in good marketing.

Just wondering if there's anyone at NXT/bounties for people to liase with exchanges and make it easier for them to accept NXT?

To get an easy 1 click download and be listed on Cryptsy and BTC38 would be a massive boost for NXT in the short term, I think we'd leave Peercoin and Doge in our dust. (Obviously more needs to be done in the medium term to maintain and grow from there.)

I also think it's important to clarify how the fee will evolve as the price gets higher, right now we need adoption. A 10-20 cent transaction fee when we reach a 100-200 million dollar cap starts to look pricey.

I'm working on it, I know quite a few people in this space.

- Cryptsy is confirmed, it's just a matter of time
- I just heard back from Vault of Satoshi, we're being added
- We had a swarm on BTC38, I just sent them a follow-up email

I think they should add when the BTC problem is fixed. Otherwise, it will not increase a lot in the price....
