Creating mining pool of 2nd generation

I would like to create mining pool of 2nd generation. This topic is opened to discuss its goals:

1.   Organizing mining pool from scratch
2.   Designing and manufacturing 2nd generation of ASIC hardware

We probably need to design new ASIC hardware and launch manufacture because of new algorithm (proof of stake) was used in NXT instead Bitcoin’s one.

no point in asics or a pool, given the 100% PoS.

do the math yourself with a sample scenario of 1 person owning 1/2 all NXT and 500million other people eac h owning 1 who are all in a pool.
