I was saw someone give me nxt ,but it in uncomfirm block and i've no idea to comfirm it ,and then it gone ;why nxt always gone

I might be wrong, but I don't think unconfirmed transactions are Nxt coming into your account, or I hope not because I've had more than 20 of those :-) They disappear when you log in and out.
Perhaps someone else can explain what they are for...

Each transaction has an expiration time. If it's not included into a block before expires it will disappear.
