IPO

I want to offer an IPO to raise funds for a company I plan on starting in the very near future. I also want to do this using crypto as the means (think protoshares). As I see it right now my options are a fork of BTC, a fork of mastercoin, Or a NXT color coin. Is there a developer out there that will help me with a NXT color coin? or if they have a better way to do it can someone advise me? I have thought about how I would like the coin to function and the main feature I want (if its possible) is for someone to send their coins to one address then the address automatically refunds the coins as well as registers and sends out their share of the dividend.

Do You have the Money to do such a project or are you searching for people that
have the money and the resources.

If you have the Money to do this project I suggest you setup a Post on the respective Bitcoin
Forums and Ask People if they would be open to connected with you on IRC or Skype and that
way you can discuss more about your Project and see if its something that can be done or not.
