DGex - transaction time?

Hi,

I just sent .002 bitcoins to DGex.  Its been 30 minutes and it still hasn't shown up.  Any idea how long this takes?  On my end, all confirmations have taken place in my wallet.

It is my understanding that deposits are handled manually. My guess is the owner is a little overwhelmed with requests.

When you deposit to the address given to you on the deposit / cashout page, the deposit should show up on your DGEX account by / before 1 confirmation.

Let us know the transaction details (source, destination, txid) if you remain in limbo.

I made a withdarawal to my NXT wallet, it says that it takes from 2 to 8 working hours but it is already 12 hours passed and transaction is still Pending. My account ID is 385.

Pending non-problematic deposits have been now credited (late).

A business day consists of 8 business hours, so strictly speaking it means fulfillment may go to next business day unless you submit it on second 0 of the particular day. Thus 12 hours and up delays while we are still working manually.

Automation is being implemented and is improving the situation now constantly.

How long do the Pending withdrawals of nxt usually take?

Fulfillment takes usually 6 to 12 hrs, sometimes shorter, even minutes. If any problems / discrepancies with your account, it takes a lot longer depending on the manual work needed to sort it out.

This is yet going to improve with more automation set in place soon.
