u r right. Everyone should take party in the blockchain.

So I am thinking, PoW coin, for example, Bitcoin takes so much energy, while pure PoS coin or premined coins, like Nxt, Ripple have difficulty in how to distribute the initial coin, so PPC may be a great method, which distribute the coins via PoW while keep the network security and environment friendly via PoS.
