Cannot Unlock account

Hello

I have tried to unlock account inserting high security passphrase but popup windows freeze....


I don't see no NXT istance in Windows Activity manager.


Question: How open 7874 port in Windows7 and for which program?

Try use the newest client (0.3.11).
If you run the java program (java -jar start.jar), you already opened 7874 and 7875 port.
It is recommend to uses https://localhost:7875/ because it is more secure.

I am having the same issue. Everything was working fine and then the client locked up around 2pm (US Mountain time). Now when I try to unlock an account with a passphrase the window freezes. Same as gpezzella. I am using the latest client version.

Delete your existing nxt client and download the newest version. Some people reported issues like you had as well.
