Did you check your email for confirmation? I'm new too but when i registered for dgex, I almost immediately got a confirmation email with a link to click and a warning to immediately change my password. Check your email and spam folders. It's possible you are registered you just haven't completed the process.

No -- there's a genuine issue.  I tried adding a new account with a secondary email address (one I've never registered with before) and I get the same error.  Graviton appears to have a Problem

Well, it must be a recent issue, I registered maybe 2 or 3 hours ago and had no problems. I hope it gets resolved for you, good luck.

  • Log in to DGEX.com
  • Click "CASH OUT/DEPOSIT" next to the "cash balance" field
  • In the "deposit funds to cash balance" area, enter the amount of BTC you'd like to deposit and then click Continue.
  • You will be provided with a wallet address.  Send your Bitcoin to that address.  Once your deposit is verified, your account will be credited.
• Convert your Bitcoin to NXT
  
  • Log in to DGEX.com
  • Click "BUY" next to the "Account holdings" field
  • Look at the existing "Sell levels".  If you see one you like, use the "quick buy" button next to the order to fill it.
  • If you do not see a "sell order" that you like, create one by filling out the form (the amount of NXT you want to buy and the price you will pay).  Submit the form.  If your order is terribly off-base, the site will let you know.
• Withdraw your NXT
  
  • Log in to DGEX.com
  • Click "CASH OUT/DEPOSIT" next to the "cash balance" field
  • In the "Cash out" area, enter the amount of NXT you want to withdraw in the "Cashout amount" field, and select "NXT" from the pull-down
  • Enter your NXT account number in the "Destination address" field
  • Re-enter your NXT account number in the "Destination address (please confirm)" field
  • Click Continue

Graviton runs the exchange manually, so deposits and cash-outs may take some time.  Be patient and gracious.

Registrations check for the IP address of your computer. Some networks may share the same ip address between computers. Try another location if that happens.

I ran into that problem before where DGEX blocked new registrations from my computer. I was able to successfully register from a new machine.

One word of warning is that I'm using outlook.com email, and I've never gotten any mails from DGEX.com.

That's right, many providers block our mail. This is being worked on, but please remember to change your password as soon as you register to be able to login later.

How often treated with payments? Put it on the output sample a couple of pieces, and now I can not order another payment. Just not registered on my computer, my computer does not register and does not go to other accounts.
