iNxt - iPhone app

I'm waiting for suggestions and user feedback!

Below I put the screen, i would keep to specify that I am not a graphic designer and the graphical part has not yet been done (if anyone has suggestions for both graphics and functions that are welcome)

For now functions are:

-It takes the price from BTER,DGEX & Vircurex
-Charts from nextcoin.pw
-Check the balance of an account and the value of your balance in $
-Check transaction
-Alias<>account
-You can forge using an online wallet(use it at your own risk)

GUI is still work in progress from icon to all the app

1. nextcoin.pw is very laggy, so waiting for the app to load the chart by default takes a long time.
2. When typing in an alias and hit "Get account" it actually returns the tx id instead of the account.
3. Online wallet, can the account be saved so i dont need to type it in each time

All fixed, that was quick!

Another little problem, the transaction list under"online wallet" always springs back to the top, so its difficult to see much more than the 5 or 6 shown at the top.

Look forward to seeing this become a full fledged wallet

Sorry maybe i don't understand.. can you scroll the list of transaction? i can and doesn't go back to the top! can you maybe make a video? sorry but my english is bad

Cool first stab at an iPhone app, I'm working on starting one of my own. A few comments from me:

• How do you decide which peers to get this data from?
• On the Market screen it shows ... after the number if it has many significant digits. This gives the appearance you're not showing full precision.
• On the Alias screen the labels for Alias and Account are also truncated with ... There's also no option to copy an Account from the Alias to paste other places. And when entering an Account the keyboard doesn't default to only numeric plus it covers most of the get Alias button with return not working.
• On the Online Wallet screen the Account label is again Accou... The keyboard for this field isn't numeric and there's no way to lookup by Alias or paste from a lookup in the previous screen.

FYI for those who aren't jailbroken but do have a dev account, here are your steps to get the app on your device:

• Download the IPA from http://www.riccardorossi.org/iNxt/iNxt.ipa
• Resign for your provisioning profile using https://github.com/maciekish/iReSign
• Open Organizer in Xcode: Window -> Organizer
• Connect your device and drag the new IPA (will be called iNxt-resigned.ipa in the same directory) to Applications under your device in the Organizer

Thanks for the bug reporting! can you check new version (i have uploaded it online)? if i haven't fixed something can you please post screenshot so i know what's the bug? i use wallet.nxtarea.com for now!

I don't have an iPhone so I can't help test.  However, user brooklynbtc on bitcointalk.org owns a restaurant and has expressed interest and willingness to accept NXT as payment in his establishment.  The problem currently is that there is no easy way to accept payment for face-to-face transactions.

I made a suggestion on how to accept face-to-face transactions using a smartphone but this, or an idea similar, still needs to be implemented.

Would you be able to work with the Android app developers in developing a common way to accept NXT in face-to-face transactions using smartphones?  Thanks!

i'm studying how to do it.. pretty new to nxt so have a lot to study! thanks for suggestion! really appreciate !
