Account number too short ?

Hello.

If i got it right, my address is the number at the right of the unlocked lock on top of the screen.

I asked for few nxt to begin, and i noticed that the number (835182532126760405) i used was 1 number shorter than all those here.
I had enabled spaces, special chars when generating.

It seemed weird, so i created a new account without spaces and special chars, and got the number 7757722939015356624 which is 19 long.

What's the rule for account creation string, and will my shorter account number work as well ?

Yes, there are even shorter account numbers in the blockchain.
