Is there possibility to send a money request to another account?
Kind of "negative money" i.e. a bill ...

Won't the built in escrow service be the same? (coming soon, it was mentioned somewhere..)

tried searching "escrow service" but not found such what I was thinking...

Like now everyone can send money from the client to another account.
In the same way he could send a bill to another account. The receiver then decides, whether to pay or not.-)
