NXT not showing up in the client. It's been over 48 hours.

I bought a fair amount of NXT the other day from DGEX.com. After buying it i requested it be transfered to my NXT client (I have the OSX auto-updating one so I always have the most recent update (0.5.12 at the moment).

When I first requested the transfer, DGEX.com mentioned that the transaction could take up to 48 hours because they are all manually transferred. I didn't think anything of this because, well, it seemed fair enough. This was over 60 hours ago now though, and I still haven't recieved my NXT to my client. I checked DGEX last night as well, and under my 'Holding's value' > 'View History' button it says that the transfer has been completed - and yet i still don't have my NXT.

I'm getting worried and would really, really appreciate some help. I've never had a problem like this before with Crypto's. I can't even get in touch with DGEX because their 'contact' submission feature leads me to an error page every time i try and submit a query.

So has anyone else experienced this? What can i do to get my coins? Have I been scammed?

Does your transaction pop up in the Blockchain explorer?
