In my opinion the distribution of nxt was highly unfair.

Suppose you want to be one of the stackholders. Then you had to invest into some currency you hardly know. There was just this promise that there would be something in January of the next year. As a result just a few people took this risk. But this currency will not work with just 71 stackholders...

 So you have the big problem that the stackholders have to redistribute the coins. In my opinion this cant be done fair.

The only possibility to get out of this box would be to wait until January, so that anyone can look into the sourcecode and try the software by himself. If everything is public and many people convinced theirself that Nextcoin is a future project, then the stackholders should get their 21 BTC back and a new investment fund should be held. Then there will be many many more stackholders and the distribution would me fairer!

No, I'll never be able to afford enough btc to even get half a million next before the price gets too high unfortunately....but fuck no....these investors took a big risk, they deserve their reward if it works. They do need to keep the necessity of distribution in mind but by no means should they have to "reboot" just to please everyone else that wasn't there or didn't decide to take the risk

What make or break NXT are killer apps, either built-in or third parties. If it is fun and useful to own NXT, people will buy and own NXT.

Yeah, Bitcoin block-chain should be reset to zero and mining shout start again because it is not fair that people with slow CPU mined 1000 of them once per month and now people with several strong GPUs cannot mine even one of them. Guys, please stop crying please and rather focus howto improve NXT and ecosystem around it. Discussion about this issue is really pathetic (and no, I'm not an early adopter).

personally, I highly doubt that nxt will be wide spread, stable, decentralized currency with just 71 main stackholders.

But I will keep watching this interesting project.
