I really like no 19 because of the unusual and refreshing colors and design. It is fluid and has a continuity that makes it very attractive and catchy t the eye so I am going for that one myself.. :)

The key to a good logo is simplicity - allways go for the clean and simple logo, it will win in the long run. Here is a few to chew on. I have a few color samples as well, but i think that will be the next step, a good and strong color is all so a crucial factor.

Wow i REALLY like this...  1 suggestion though, change the X to really be an X instead of a + sign.  Yes it will make the X look lowercase but then we have NxT and I like that better anyways.  maybe change colors too
