Well the forged coins aren't new, they are just tossed around from the initial stash, so it's more like cashing coins...

How could I check how many coins my address has forged / mined / cashed? Is it visible in the client or block explorer?

EDIT: was talking nonsense about new coins. That's what happens with total 12 hours in a week sleep.

yes, click on accounts in the block explorere http://87.230.14.1/nxt/nxt.cgi?action=100 and put in an account number and itll tell you how many blocks youve forged so far and how much NXT its gotten you.Ive only got 1 so far
