there's only an amount field in the webpage, where is the btc_address like other exchange sites?

Just enter the amount of BTC you'd like to send, and then submit.  You'll be provided a wallet address on the next screen.

Once Graviton manually verifies that he has received our BTC, he will credit your account.

I didn't know that DGEX's deposit address changes each time you try to deposit BTC so don't do what I did and send money to the old address without the website prompting you for the address to send to.

Yes please pay attention to perform the deposit procedure fully according to the instructions on the deposit / cashout page. Your deposit has been corrected, but I don't guarantee all of those sent to wrong address will reach us.

Hi, i was wondering on dgex.com i forgot my password and requested a password recovery to my email a couple of times over a period of a week or so. The email has not yet come.

Is there a problem or something? Would like to know if something is up.

I wanted to cash out my nxt but clicked on deposit by mistake. Now when I try cash out it says 'YOU HAVE PENDING TRANSACTIONS
You can not cash out before your pending transactions are cleared.'

How can this be solved? thanks

It's a quite common mistake to make deposit instead of cashout. How come that can actually happen? Deposit and cashout are completely different concepts and the instructions on the site make it very clear. Your English seems to be good enough that you should understand what's written. Maybe it's not a mistake at all?
