I created an account and sent some bitcoin to it. The first time I tried to login after initially creating the account, I was given an error message that my password includes illegal characters. So, I tried to do a password reset, but I don't receive any email.
I sent the same message via the "contact" tab on dgex.com and haven't received a reply. I realize support is most likely very busy, but I post it here because I wanted to make sure the message was getting through.
