I stupidly entered my name in the address bar, rather than the address itself when trying to cashout NXT from dgex.com. Now it just says "Pending".

Are all my NXT gone forever? Can i cancel the transaction?

Last night I tried to cashout my NXT from dgex.com, and rather than typing in my destination address - I accidentally typed my name.

The NXT coins are gone out of my account but in the account history it says that the transfer is 'Pending'.

Can we cancel/reverse the transfer seeing as its a manual process? How can i get my NXT back?


My account ID is 515, transaction happened on 2013-12-04 12:48:18

I created an account and sent some bitcoin to it. The first time I tried to login after initially creating the account, I was given an error message that my password includes illegal characters. So, I tried to do a password reset, but I don't receive any email.
I sent the same message via the "contact" tab on dgex.com and haven't received a reply. I realize support is most likely very busy, but I post it here because I wanted to make sure the message was getting through.

Yes I am overwhelmed and can unfortunately not currently attend to special situations. Mail provider is excpected to change in the next days then all server generated mails will reach the destination.

If your account is empty, make a new one and let us know of the old one so we can delete it

Ok then we don't delete it. Please get back to me here if you're not sorted within a week or so. I regret it does take time now.

The same as metallicus, please stand by and get back to me unless your account is sorted. I hope you understand that if I put time into investigating this kind of special situations now, the backlog of tasks and transactions is gonna quickly escalate to 24 hrs+ which would be detrimental to NXT. Priorization is essential for the community's good. Thanks for your patience.

Regarding the Dgex Client Account Area, when the "Cash Balance" is x.xxx BTC, is that the BTC in my account? Or when the BTC are credited do they move down to the "Holdings Value" area?

Cash balance is always BTC and holdings is NXT.

Thanks, it seemed obvious this was the case but since my Cash balance was credited instantly and I'd read that Dgex are short on staff it confused me. I've read now they're automated. Thanks for the reply.

Forum or DGEX? Forum should work well. But for DGEX many hosts block the completely so you could say it's down for numerous clients. However You do not need email there except for password recovery.

DGEX. I entered my email to make an account to sign up. But I never got a email with a password so I'm unable to log in
